How would I distort my mic live with obs on twitch? I really want to know, it could help if I sounded like a robot, lol

OBS does not have this capability. Most of those who are doing it either are using an inline DSP device, or a voice changer program.

So how would I add a voice changer into obs?

Usually they provide a virtual microphone output. You'd just set OBS to 'listen' to that microphone, instead of the real one. Most of them come with how-to guides.
