Question / Help Mic delay not working

Hi all,

Im having an issue where my mic delay option isnt working.
I have tried re-installing obs, as well as changing which mic im using and its not making a difference.
even when i set the buffer to 1400 mils to keep up with my elgato it just doesnt delay at all.
My normal mic that I use is a Blue Yeti Pro.
Suggestions?

So this is a 2 PC setup? have you tried negative values?

No this is single pc.
Just using an elgato right now to stream a ps3 but besides that its just the pc.
The negative value seems to have just disabled the mic, but thats something.
Before me touching the buffer hasnt done anything lately

try this. move your audio ofset back to 0 then raise your scene buffering time to something higher. maybe double then make adjustments to the audio ofset. I dont know the exact values of what might work for you but I know that is two of the options that people typically play with.
