Question / Help Mic & Cam Gradual Desync

I stream with a delay on my mic and web cam when I'm using my Elgato HD so that it syncs up with the gameplay which works fine. However when I switch to a PC game and take the delays off, it will be fine at first but gradually go out of sync more and more as the stream goes on to the point where it must be horrible to watch. Please help :(
