memory leak after playing persona 3 on game pass

Hey everyone, posting on behalf of my partner here. She's been streaming from her current PC for around a year or 2 without issue until today when she tried to stream Persona 3 on game pass. The PC and OBS never crashed when this happened, but the PC started significantly lagging. Before this issue her GPU/memory usage peaked around 20-30%, now it's around 70-80%. She usually runs streams with the x264 video encoder, rescaling the output to 1280x720 to reduce the cpu usage but keeping the quality better. When downscaling to the amd hw h.264 avc encoder, the quality drops significantly on stream with the facecam and the gameplay, but the cpu usage and being able to run games is fine. She already tried running as admin and adding more b-frames and keyframe interverals but it makes the computer lag. There are a couple things I saw in the log file as potential issues but I'm not experienced enough with OBS myself to troubleshoot based on that. Log file and device specs below

Hey again everyone, someone had replied with a list of suggestiong but unfortunately they seem to be gone now and none of them worked. My partner ended up reinstalling OBS and everything started working as normal while streaming except for Tekken 8 which didn't happen before.
