Media source flickering to show different scene?

So I recently moved from Streamlabs OBS to OBS Studio and I've noticed that when the loop for my animated overlay ends, a different scene flashes through. It's not a fault of the media file as it works fine on Streamlabs, Streamelements etc but in OBS it flashes.


So I'll be on my Just Chatting or my BRB scene and when the 4second animation loop ends, the starting soon scene flashes through for a split second.It's enough to be an issue.

Webm files do that unfortunatly, to my knowledge exporting the file as .mov or .mp4 will do the trick.
