Question / Help may not have the appropriate permission to access the item

When i try to open obs it pops up windows cannot access the specified device ,path,or file.You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item. I have windows 7 i am a big fan of obs i don't want to record any game-play without obs in my old computer it was fantastic may you please help me fine a solution thanks i hope you get back to me :D
