Question / Help Max Bitrate?

What my Max Bitrate and Buffer Size should be ? when I have it on 2500 some people say they getting buffer so I wonder I'm streaming at 60FPS

dont stream 60fps just go with 720p // 30fps // 2000-2400 bitrate

smoothnes yes but you need 3500 bitrate to stream look good and "max" bitrate non partnered streamer is 2000 bitrate otherwise viewers says "your stream lag" plaplapla

Better quality is per-person basis.

Some people prefer 60fps, some people prefer a clearer image(using 30fps).

The unofficial official recommendation is 720p30 @2000kbps until you are partnered/have transcoding.

I stream at 540p60, at 2000Kbps. The low resolution helps with keeping good quality at the low bit rate.

yes, watching fullscreen looks bad, but in all honesty, who watches Twitch fullscreen? On mobile 540p looks crystal clear.
