Question / Help max 30 fps

Hey,
I try to stream Dying Light, but i reach mx 30 fps in OBS. Ingame i have a lot more.
I tried to set the max fps in obs, but i get max 30 fps.
My stream lagg, i think it is because i reach max 30 fps :(
pls help me
