Question / Help Massive in-game fps drops


I thought you said (40 fps in town while streaming) sorry man!

Also, you are right, its not OBS causing this issue. If the FPS goes down when OBS is streaming, check CPU usage / temps? If it was GPU the fps wouldn't change too much.
 
Didn't check temps but my CPU usage when i was on veryfast was pretty high which is really weird. I made it ultrafast.. but I really shouldn't need to with this CPU. So Idk what is wrong.

Preset is also dependent upon bitrate, resolution, fps, etc.
I can run slower with 480p at 30 fps at 1000 bitrate, on a Sempron. With 60 percent usage max.

70 - 90 percent sounds reasonable, if a 720p 60fps stream, at 3500 bitrate. (Btw: unless you are partnered, use 2000 bitrate)
