Question / Help Massive Frame Drops

Hello,

Thank you for checking out this post. During the past few weeks, I have been having frame rate issues with OBS. I stream on Twitch, just so you know. The streams starts out fine, but after around an hour or two hours into the stream, my frames start to massively drop and the latency bar (the square thing) starts to go up to red in color. Again, it never has happened when I immediately start the stream, it always happens over an hour into my stream. It might have something to do with my ISP, but I'm not sure. This problem has been destroying me, just so you know, I have read so many threads and tried so many things but nothing works out. At first I thought my CPU usage was the problem, but after streaming and leaving it open the Task manager open on the performance tab while streaming, I know it's the problem because it doesn't even go above 50%. Anyway, this thread will include all of the info you need to know to maybe help me solve this. Thank you.

Internet Speed with my ethernet cable connected. (I use an ethernet cable when I stream):

Now going onto my OBS settings. Hopefully the internet speeds I posted above help you see what could be wrong with my settings, if there is anything wrong with my settings, that is.

Encoding Page. I have lowered the bitrate down to like 2000 before (for anyone about to suggest lowering my bitrate), but that does nothing to help solve the problem, exact same thing occurs.

Broadcast Settings Page. I have tried changing servers before (changed from San Francisco to LA), and it doesn't help at all.

Video Page. I stream at 720p and 30fps.

Skipping Audio and Hotkeys pages because I doubt they have anything to do with the problem lol.

Advanced Page. Not too sure what some of this stuff means, but it's mostly set at default.

Alright, I think that's it. I got all the info in here that I think should be relevant to the problem and potentially help get it solved. Huge thanks to anybody who actually read all this, and is trying to help out with the problem. If you have any questions or want me to add some more info that I missed, please let me know of course.

Thank you!
