I've been experiencing a massive amount of dropped frames at around 9 pm PST almost every day with my ISP for a while now. If you could help me figure out how to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it. The dropped frames start to happen at 20:54:58.
I've contacted my ISP multiple times on the matter (talking to an internet tech right now). But it seems to not be really doing much. :(
