Mantle support

Hi,
just tried to stream a gameplay using ATI's brand new mantle technology (BF4). Seems like it's not possible to do so. The screen just stays black. I know, it's not even out (just beta) and I don't know if the problem is mantle itsself or the combination with BF4. Just want to find out if it might be possible in future.

Cheers

This is not a "bug". Game capture can only capture OpenGL and DirectX9+ games. Once the API becomes available, Mantle support will probably be added.

Actually, I have a question related to it. Cause having some knowledge about video games, how they work, etc. I knew it's not going to work, until a new version is written to support the API. The problem is, after updating graphics drivers to 14.1 beta 6 (which added support for Mantle), I've been getting black screen in OBS when trying to stream DirectX 9.0c games (e.g. Hitman: Contracts and Deadly Premonition). Window capture was alright - just Game capture doesn't seem to work. Am I the only one who is experiencing such problems? Has anyone tried streaming some DX9.0c games with new drivers?

I've attached log file just in case, but I haven't anything out of ordinary in it. Either way - I have to emphasize, I'm primary interested in hearing from people, who tried new driver. I'll create a separate thread in an appropriate forum, if this is something else than driver related problem.

--EDIT--
I should probably also state, that renderer for Hitman Contracts (and I for Deadly Premonition as well) is Direct3D.

(repost) They must release the SDK for it to be usable. As long as they hoard it to themselves and their friends I won't be able to add support for it in game capture.
