Question / Help Major lag issues - New Streamer

Hey guys i know there are heaps of these posts... I just wanted to start streaming with OBS ive gone through all the setting but am having in game lag of up to 1k ping on CSGO... Usually my ping is around 15-40 depending on the server that im playing on.

Ive had a look at other posts and ive changred some settings around and am still having the same issue constant lag

my download rate is 11.5mbps
my upload rate is 0.88mbps

Ive uploaded the log from the latest settings i had while trying to stream... Thoughts??

I have a i5-3470 processor
8gb ram
Radeon 7950

If i havent provided enough information please ask me so we can dive into the issue of solving this!

You're using nearly 100% of your upload. Either reduce your bitrate or get a faster upload speed.

I cant get a faster upload rate at the moment do you recommend a number for the bitrate settings?

Also i have 700ms for scene buffering time is that anything to go by?

I don't think you can get an acceptable quality with that little bandwidth. You could try reducing your resolution to 480p with around 500kbps, and maybe also lower the audio bitrate a bit.
