Question / Help Major Help Neaded!! Minecraft Recording

So I am a youtuber with 274 subs and I see my videos I upload (I use OBS) Look fuzzy and lag a bit when I record I want to fix that but whatever I try doesn't work, recently a problem occurred where a few seconds after I record the entire screen stops moving, sound still works and all but the screen is standing still... please help!! this is a log of one of my test recordings

Downscale your resolution, that CPU can't handle your current settings.

1. Use the resolution downscale, you need a better CPU to compress at that resolution. (Settings->Video-Resolution Downscale to 2.0)
