trying to stream CSGO i have a nvidia geforce GTX 550 Ti, intel core i5-2500k 3.30gHz. The Stream itself is fine, it's just that i get from 300 fps to 100-140 fps Ingame and the game is not smooth at all. I have a 7 MBPS Upload. http://pastebin.com/TBVmtZbc

16:31:21: Total frames rendered: 20321, number of late frames: 17 (0.08%) (it's okay for some frames to be late)
16:31:21: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Graceful loop exit
16:31:21: Number of times waited to send: 0, Waited for a total of 0 bytes
16:31:21: Number of b-frames dropped: 0 (0%), Number of p-frames dropped: 0 (0%), Total 0 (0%)
0.08% late frames... that is not a problem.

And since you already are running OBS at a preset that is faster than its default, there is really very little else you can do on OBS' level. However, you could consider running the game at lower settings. Maybe drop physics and shadows a bit?

Does setting the streaming FPS change your experience in-game? Does using Monitor capture instead of Game/Window capture get rid of the problem?

If u have a screen with 60Hz, u couldnt see more than 60fps so u wouldnt be able to see any difference...

U have a smooth game if u get the same amount of fps as your screen has hz. ->60
