Mac M2, Elgato HD60X & OBS problems

I'm new to OBS trying to stream on a new Mac Mini M2 using an Elgato HD60X capture device. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes it does not. This morning everything was fine streaming our church service. Then OBS lost the video capture and everything stopped. I'm at a loss for why. If anyone here has more experience please respond.

I do not know where to find the log file to include.

Me again....

First, I'm not as technically knowledgeable with OBS & Mac as others. To refresh, we use a Mac Mini M2 and OBS to record and stream our church services. At least we did until the Mac was updated to Tahoe. OBS has not functioned since. We have a PTZ camera connected to the Mac via CAT 5 to operate the camera through Safari. The camera also runs through an Elgato capture card into OBS. The issues started with the camera freezing sometimes less than a minute once opening OBS. I've updated the capture card to an Elgato 4KS with the same result.

I've tried multiple pervious versions of OBS with no success.

I'm considering trying to go back to Sequoia but that scares the bejeebies out of me. Can someone tell me if the new Golden Gate OS works well with OBS?

Are there any members in the Nashville, TN area? Any help is greatly appreciated.
