I’m using OBS for professional purposes and need I’m looking for a new, steady and reliable Mac to buy.
I’m currently using an old Intel MacBook Pro 16” from like 2018/2019 something and I’m on the hunt for a new M1 computer. Due to budget restrictions I can only go for a MacBook Pro 16” with M1 Pro or perhaps a Mac Studio with M1 Max (of course with external monitor etc).
So my question is: is M1 Pro sufficient for OBS (and like 3-4 cameras) or do I need to go for M1 Max.
Nevermind the hassle regarding other external equipment for the Mac Studio, I’m just wondering from a performance standpoint. Also having things like bigger/better fans and cooling in the Mac Studio I suppose.
