Question / Help Lumia 1020 - turn it into a video capture device?

As the question in the thread states, does anyone have any experience with turning mobile phone cameras into capture devices in any way? I have this amazing camera, with which i can make great videos and pictures and as we are getting ready to do a podcast-type project, I was wondering if there would be an inexpensive way to turn the mobile camera into something that could be streamed.

We have a guide on the forum somewhere for Android devices. Is the Lumia one of those Windows Phones? In that case I have no idea, but for android there is software available to use the camera as a "webcam".
