Question / Help Lowest possible fps for

What's the lowest possible fps that will appear smooth on playback? I am able to do 120fps @ 1920x1080, Superfast, 9k bitrate, but it seems unnecessary.

testing with Unreal Tournament 4 which is relatively a fast screen motion type game

EDIT: 75fps seems to be the sweet spot with my config for my machine.

Streaming or uploading anything higher than 60 FPS is a complete waste as the vast majority of viewers wouldn't be able to display more than that without a CRT or high refresh rate LCD.
