Question / Help Lower bitrate than i set

My problem looks like I set my bitrate (CBR) to 8000Kbps and it reaches maximum 6000Kbps on the stream. It's not trough my internet because I have 30Mb of upload and i use encoder NVENC

What does it mean?

It means that if you're streaming to twitch, OBS won't allow you to go above 6000 with that option set.

On twitch, bitrates above 6000 are not officially supported and WILL have increasing problems with player errors as you go higher.

But as i streamed on another PC to my account, the bitrate was above 7k
