Hello guys.
I am new to streaming but I've read all instructions how to set up my OBS so I can stream.
Currently I have 20ms to German stream and I am using it, second I have pretty strong machine:
2x8GB of RAM Corsair Vengeance
Power Cooler Master GX 450W
1TB Seagate Barracuda
ASROCK B85 PRO4
INTEL CPU Core i5-4440 (3.1GHz)
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB
When I tested the ping I had over 2500kbp/s and I set up recommended bitrate to 2000, checked all CBR and CFR as the site said, FPS to 30, resolution to "None" (1900x1080), also tried with 1.50 (dont remember the resolution downscale on this), tried with Bilnear,fastest and etc.However all this changes, even if I change them from 2000 bitrate to 3000 or 1000 the resolution and the quality/speed of the video was the same.Dont know whats wrong and how to fix it since I bet I have enough good pc + internet so I can stream on 1080p even.Also when I do ALT+TAB to preview chat or something I notice that the stream freezes, when I come back ingame stream starts again which is weird for me.The video quality of the games are not cool too, I am using settings to High and Ultra on all games (Wow, Heroes of the Storm, Hearthstone and etc) while I am not doing anything in the game, the resolution is middle (not perfect nor worst) but when I start moving or do something the video quality its getting really bad, like you are watching 240p video in youtube.
Can you gimme few tips, also I can be here at 20:00 pm +2 GMT.
