With a 500 kbps bitrate almost everything will look pixelated, there is not much you can do about that, other then getting better internet.

Hey there ! Thanks a lot for your reply ! I can push my bitrate to 700 but the thing is I know that my upload is bad . I dont care about the resolution tbh I am pleases with 480p streaming the thing is I dont want so much pixelation . I mean I dint know what should change bitrate a bit ? Or present ? Because I use "faster" present atm .I dont e en know what that option does .I FORGOT to mention that I USE a setting called MINIMIZE NETWORK IMPACT . I thing this option bring me less lag in game but I dont know if ut has something to do with pixelation problem

No that option doesn't have anything to do with pixelation, pixelation usually happens because the bitrate is too low.
