Hello just need clarification please.
Here are my specs:
CPU = Intel Quad Core i7 4790K 4.0 GHz Processor,
RAM = 2x 8GB G.Skill Ripjaw X DDR3 1600MHz,
GPU = Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 Windforce 3X OC HDMI DP 2xDVI 2GB,
MB = ASRock Z87 Pro4,

My question is why am I getting such low frames? (New to streaming).
Im trying to stream 720p 60fps and only getting 15 - 30 fps 0 dropped frames.
