Question / Help Low Stream Quality ?

Ok I bought new PC and I was streaming already with FX8350 but I had better quality overall, I'm confused what I'm doing wrong now.

i7 4770k 3.9
gtx770
8gb ddr3 1600

I have 3mb upload and I'm using 2500 bitrate with faster/fast cpu preset even though doesnt matter really which one I choose.

Is this what I need to expect or something is wrong ?

Quality from before with even lower bitrate although it's not the same game I have video from Dayz (test one) which is again better then this.

Only change is now that I'm using Win 8.1.

Use CBR / CBR padding are checked
Max Bitrate 2400 (buffer 2400 automatically I believe)

you cant compare dayz with anything else ... dayz is one of the worst games to stream when it comes to quality because of all the stupid grass.

and since you cant prevent logs for each of the vod's its hard to tell you the differences since one is a broadcast vod and the other is a highlight
