Question / Help Low Kbps on twitch servers

First of all hello to everyone :)

I've been streaming for a couple weeks, and everything was flawless. But from a couple day OBS keep disconnecting and reconnecting every 2 minutes. I've read all the thread about this issue, and tried everything, but nothing seems to work. The strange thing is that if i do a speedtest, i get the same results as always, but if i try the TwitchTest, i get low kbps on every server, while when i did it 2 weeks ago i had 10000+ kbps on every EU server.

Do you have any idea of what could have changed? I'm really struggling :(

Yesterday i had from 400 kbps to 800 kbps on some servers... now the situation is critical lol

Strange thing is that 3 days ago everything worked just fine :( So you think it's only my problem?

For the record, I'm not in the EU.
