Question / Help Low Frames On Playback Of Recorded Footage

Whilst recording gameplay with OBS, my framerate is totally fine, doesn't really significantly drop. When I'm done recording and watch back the video to check if everything is okay, the video plays back super laggy and choppy, I have no clue why it does this and I just don't know what to change in the settings to resolve this. Now it has nothing to do with what I'm using to watch it back as I have also uploaded this footage to youtube as a test, and the quality was exactly the same. Hopefully I don't sound like a complete idiot posting this because the solution/problem is really obvious...

Changed all settings and the footage is still laggy

it's crf, not cfr for the custom x264 paramater.

And you really shouldn't disable aero.

The remainder of your problem is being caused by your 7 year old video card.

I thought that would be the problem, I just needed to make sure it wasn't anything else. I had to resort to using this old graphics card after I lent my other one to someone else. Anyway thank you for taking the time to help,I appreciate it :)
