Question / Help Low Frame Recording

[Tactilal Frolicking]

So when I try to record, the ingame fps is fine, but when I watch it, the recording is very laggy and choppy. It would run smooth for a few seconds, and get stuck on a frame for half a sec, run smooth, get stuck, and the cycle goes on. I looked everywhere but I haven't gotten a way to make it run smoothly. Help?

Settings:
CBR disabled, quality balance 10, max bitrate 5000, custom buffer size enabled: 5000
No resolution downscale, 1920x1080, Lanczos, 30FPS, Aero disabled.
CFR disabled, custom x264 encoder settings crf=20, allow 61-120 fps entry in video settings.

Specs:
FX6300
R7 260x 2GB
8GB DDR3 ram
WD Black 1TB

Well your settings are all wrong.

And follow it to the letter.

Also why would you allow 61-120 fps, turn that off

I've actually tried that already. That was one of the first things that turned up on google. Unfortunately, it only made my quality amazing, but the frame rate was even worse, like 4fps.
