Question / Help Low Fps with Avermedia LGP or GameCapture

Hi, i have problem with my external capture or gamecapture, when i streaming in twitch the stream low fps.
I tested stream with RecMedia Central and work fine.
The problem is with OBS gpu is full.

Sorry my english is not very good.

I have I5-7200, 12GB of Ram, 1TB Hdd and Nvidia Geforce 840mx, 6mb upload internet velocity and 120 to download.
