Question / Help Low FPS when Streaming

Hi, My computer is Average and I have 10mb+ Upload speed. I have low fps when streaming, is this due to my Graphics Card or CPU (or something else?)

Graphics Card - HD6870
CPU - i5 2500k

Don't use Monitor capture, as it is the worst capture method on Window 7. Try Game capture or Window capture with Aero enabled.

I play some games that are not recognized by OBS. So I can't use Game Capture for that reason, for example I play a game called Dragonica/Dragon Saga. OBS doesn't register this game when using game capture :(.
 
Then enable Aero and use Window capture. Don't use Monitor capture on Windows 7 at all if you can avoid it.

Thank you good sir! I will test it right away! If i have the same problems, what do you think would be the cause of the problem?

I love you! Its perfect 60FPS and working fine! no homo. Thanks dude!
