Question / Help Low FPS when streaming (OBS)

Ok, I can stream fine there is no FPS drop ingame and the game is running smoothly on my end but when I look at OBS it says its only capturing at 3-5 FPS for some reason. I'm not sure why and I would really love to know why, I don't think its my computer as I'm able to run the game fine any help would be very much appreciated.

try using game capture instead of window capture
