This is my most recent stream log.
I am losing fps so bad. It is all over the place. anywhere from 10-50, with it staying between 25-35 most of the time. I feel like my computer and internet should be able to handle streaming. :( I changed the settings tonight according to a youtube video that I watched but it seemed to make it worse so hopefully someone can give me good advice here! Thanks guys ^_^
A couple of problems I already know about:

OBS needs an update- every time I try to update it, it gets mad and tells me that it can't update. So whatever. And the problem was going on before the update anyway.

I should use game capture- This doesn't work for me. All it captures is a black screen. So I use screen capture instead.

I did the speed test for you as well. http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4201722128

This is for trying to play League of Legends. I have that open as well as youtube and my Twitch chat.

You're using Monitor Capture on Windows 7, which is the slowest capture method. Enable Aero and use Window capture instead.

Ok. I did this. But it doesn't look right. I have to stretch it to fit, even then though there are still black edges. Which is fine, but it doesn't stay like that. As soon the window size changes(when I go from the regular client into a full screen game) it doesn't fit. When I get it to fit one, it doesn't fit the other. Do I need two different window captures that I have to toggle between?

I think when I was trying to set it up i tried using that. Didn't know it was actually on. :/ everything looked right but it just was so slow. now it's all messed up again.
