Hello there, trying to stream StarCraft 2 here: http://www.twitch.tv/misonek
It seems like FPS on the stream are pretty lazy/low. I tried many different settings in OBS. Nothing seems to work as I would like to. Maybe a little bit helped that 1) I lowered graphic settings ingame 2) switched from Prague server to Frankfurt even though Im from Prague, Czech Republic.
My computer: Intel Core i5-3350P Socket H2 (LGA1155) 4 cores 3.30GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 - 896 MBytes of GDDR3 SDRAM, Motherboard Model: GIGABYTE B75-D3V, RAM: 2x 4GB Kingston SDRAM DDR3, BENQ 144Hz 1920x1080 monitor.
Software: Windows 8, SC2: HoTS, OBS (currently >> Quality Balance 7, Max Bitrate 2500, Buffer Size 2800, Resolution Downscale 1.50 (1280x720), FPS 60, x264 CPU Preset is ultrafast).
My connection: 40.45 Mbps / 4.07 Mbps >> http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3445200856
Current graphic settings for SC2: Fullscreen, 1920x1080, everything is medium expect 'lighting' (low), reflections (off), models (low).
So all in all I think my connection is enough. I thought my computer is also strong enough. Now, do you think it's still normal and possible my FPS (on the stream, not ingame) are low ? Or is it strange ? What should I try to higher FPS on my stream ?
Thank you ! MSN
