I'm having a problem streaming with OBS, for some reason my video has really low FPS at some points. On cs go my fps will drop to 11 at the start of each round and will go back up to the 50's at some point. I don't know what's causing this issue, but I've been messing with the settings for a while. Turning of my old webcam helped a lot. It used to max around 18 fps because the camera was way too old. Any ideas on how to improve this (I have no dropped frames btw).

I also tested for throttling and my ISP is not throttling my speeds at all.
I'm thinking it may be my video card, but my fps in CS GO is over 100 even while streaming.
