I saw it, but if that's what was causing his issue, the slowdown would be visible in the scene->Preprocess stage. Like I said, it's a very strange case, and I'm not sure what's going on. All I can think of is possibly hardware issues, or yes, maybe drivers. I think Jim said he might put in more profiler logging, so perhaps a new build will come out soon that you can run so we can figure out what's up.
