Question / Help Low FPS On OBS While Playing A Paticular Game

Hello all and thank you for checking out my thread, now..

When I try to preview my stream when I'm playing Battlefield 4, the game reamins absolutely fine but OBS drops to 1-3 FPS. I have recently upgraded to an i7 4770K to an i5-3570K and ran the same settings as before and all my drivers are up-to-date as far as I'm aware.

It's getting lagged by those window captures it seems. You might have to take them out and try again.

Right I've done this and there was improvement. I was getting stutterers in frame rate though.

Yea that seems much better, though it still seems like window capture is pretty laggy. I suppose that's to be expected on windows 7. Not entirely sure what happened with that crash, if possible attach the crash dump file with it

Excuse my igonorance Jim and thank you for your time but how do I locate my dump file? I've added the crash report if that's close?

It was in the crash log:

C:\Users\Bertha\AppData\Roaming\OBS\crashDumps\OBSCrashDump2014-02-02_1.dmp

The crash file is too big to attach. :(

Updated OBS today, removed obs folder in appdata and still no result.
