So i`ve used to have an i7 3770k @ 4.2Ghz and i used Intel Quick Sync as my main encoder and it worked wonderful and flawless until i upgraded my cpu to 4790k @4.0 with turbo to 4.4Ghz and since every time when i try to record on local hdd, i get half or even less the half fps.
I get the most memory from bios, no result. I use 20480 on bitrate, same as before, I even lowered to 10240 but the quality is bad and still has issues.
With old cpu when i pressed record button i din`t even noticed any fps loss, but now is like my pc feels like a cheap and low end pc, which is not.
I tryed Nvidia codec, was the same, even with x264 with cpu as encoder was not good.
Now i`m back on Nvidia Shadowplay untill i can fix this issue.
Any ideea? Every software except Shadowplay is useless and pointless but with Shadowplay i have 0 fps loss but its limited and the quality of the mic is awful.
