Question / Help Low FPS Issue trying to Twitch Xbox One with WIN10 and OBS

Hello

I have trouble trying to twitch my Xbox Onewith OBS and Xbox App WIN10 (monitor capture)

When I twitch directly fro the XB1 is good but we cannot have friend chat... so borring

But with WIN10/OBS i have this result :

When I try Only OBS running on my PC I have 20FPS and Green Connexion, If I launch Xbox App I fall to 16-17FPS

I just want à stable 720p30fps do you think is possible with my PC ?
