i streaming apb reloadd game anyway Without stream get 80-90 fps With stream get 40-50 fps

my PC

CPU Intel Core i7-3770K (OC to 4.5Ghz)

GPU MSI GTX 760 4GB

RAM Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz

SSD 120 kingstone

Set your x264 preset back to veryfast under the Advanced Tab and see if that improves it.

This is a log from monday showing same preset of faster and still at 60fps? Are you sure this is most recent log?

I see 45fps and 60fps but no stream attempt at 30fps. I also see you tried NVENC which i'm not too familiar with. Hopefully someone with a little more knowledge can help you out. But try x264 veryfast at 30fps to see if that's doable is my suggestion.
