Question / Help Low FPS, in OBS during stream and preview

Hello,

Starting last night I have been getting extremely low fps (running 1080p 30fps) I cant get higher showing then 13-15 fps... I even have tried to downscale to 720p, and it even gets worse at 9fps...

Edit: Was User Error to cause it, as I had a setting in my system get changed on me

What was the user error ? I am having similar problems with Divinity: Original Sin

I recommend making your own thread. My guess was that he was running his webcam at too high of a resolution.
