Question / Help Low FPS, for no reason!

Hi guys! First of all sorry for my bad english!

Well, few days ago i just formatted my PC. Before doing that i was able to stream with no problem! After that i got problems with streaming, i can't stream my league of legends!

An error that gives me when i start streaming:

This means: Warning: High CPU usage to encode! Consider lowering the quality


I don't understand anything cause i was able to stream with no problem few days ago :(

So i supose it's my OBS configuration! Thanks for your time

See what happens if you remove the webcam.

10% duplicated frames on an i7 930 when doing Very Fast does seem high to me. What happens if you downscale to 720p? Also, if you can't manage more than 1000kb/s on your connection, then you should downscale even more, to 480p or so.
