No. not with OBS. that GPU is extremely old which OBS will try and use to store and process downscaling. your CPU us way to old as well.

buy used stuff try to shoot for a an used amd fx 8320 or inte xeon e3 1230v1 (has to be at least sandybridge) or xeon e52670 you also need a suitable board for the cpu then, if you get lucky cpu + mb goes for around 80-100 you probably need another 100 for a used gtx 760 or 950 or the aquivalent on amd r7 270x r9 280x

150-200 budged is literally nothing especially if you wanna stream

CPU for this build is probably fast enough for 720p 30fps. If budget is a problem, then graphics card isn't needed, as this build have integrated graphics. No getting a graphics card yet, allows testing performance of integrated graphics, using games and/or OBS, to later make a choice.

those parts are not worth investing in.

im telling you, buy used stuff or actually invest, but streaming on an amd a10 wont do anything they max out at 720p30 if even thats with playing games which arent as cpu intesive

guess you really want a 2tb hdd as for me im still running a 1tb hdd and record stuff quite frequently + throw all the games i dont play often and installers etc. on it and its still nowhere close to be full.

about your internet speed usually you want at least 3,5mbit+ upload if possible aim for 4-5 mbit so you can stream with a 2k-3k bitrate without a problem.

thank you for your reply i will use R7 250x and the 2x4gb bundle isn't available in my country and i really need the 2Tb HDD because i will be putting a lot of games in it i will try my best to upgrade the internet because its very expensive in my country
