Question / Help low audio quality on stream

hello i have e problem with my audio in Obs studio.

when im streaming or recording the adui quility is not that good (im using it for church)
the audio is not peaking in red it peaks in orange.

so pls help.

The meters should only hit the red occasionally here is a guide that explains the mixer

hmm okay thanks ill try to keep the talk in oragne and music in green.
but the talk is also a bit strange sometimes like its comressed or someting.
