Question / Help Lots of pixelation when camera is moving

When I am streaming something that has alot of movement, I will often get pixelation on the entire screen, making my face cam as well as anything else become very pixelated until the motion stops.

What is the best way to fix this? I can post my settings in a bit, I am currently not at the PC with OBS on it. IIRC, I stream in 720/30fps, and 2500 bitrate. I just started using NVENC -- would this cause such a thing?

What should I increase to prevent pixelation during camera movement?

Post your log file, it includes all your settings, rather than manually posting your settings.

NVENC is best for local recording, not streaming, but is there for streaming in a pinch. Try to use High Quality preset and use the maximum bitrate allowed (for Twitch its 3500), if you need to use NVENC for streaming.
