Question / Help Lost my OBS settings,need help.

Hi there,
Due to format and not keeping the OBS,I lost all my settings..
I need some help with settings for my system.
i7 3770@4.5
16 DDR3 2400
GTX Titan
and of course my internet speedtest

Usually playing APB Reloaded......
Help? :'(

Not really helpful.
What about custom buffer ? Audio codec ? encoding profile ? keyframe interval ? scene buffering time ? x264 cpu preset ? process priority class ? Any other option that I should change ?

What if I want to go above 30 fps? lets say 45. Should I change process priority to above normal or high ?
