Hello. I've been streaming Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy and I'm facing a weird problem, at least that I haven't faced before. I'm losing encoding FPS (not in-game) while Vsync is On while I play. Turning off Vsync and limiting the FPS to 60 in-game makes the problem go away, but also makes the stream become very choppy, not a smooth 60 at all.
I'm at 5500 bitrate, CBR, Fast preset (R7 1700 processor), high profile. Latest version of OBS Studio. If necessary I can provide a log, I'll stream it today so I can use the one from the stream itself.
I'd like to fix the choppiness basically, turning Vsync on seems to fix it but ruin my encoding FPS, and turning it off makes for choppy video, so what can I do to get a steady, non-choppy 60 on this game? Thanks in advance.
