Question / Help Losing connection

Dear OBS friends,

I recently started streaming and I can't seem to withold a proper connection. When i launch my stream my OBS says: ERROR connection with server is lost.

My internet connection is proper: 40 down 10 up. I DO get a warning for high CPU usage.
