Question / Help Looking to increase my stream quality

Im not sure what part of my system should be upgraded first to give me the most bang for my currently limited buck:

Windows 7 - 64bit
Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q9400@2.66GHz
ASUSTek P5Q-PRO
8GB ddr2
ATI Radeon HD 4870
