Question / Help Looking for some advice on settings

I have been wanting to stream League of Legends for a while, but every time I try to I get ping lag and the stream quality looks pretty bad. I know my upload is pretty bad but I know there's someone out there that can help out. I tried the OBS Estimator but the settings didn't work so well for me. Anyones help would be greatly appreciated!

With 1.33mbit upload I would use settings no higher than 800kbps video and 96kbps audio (That leaves you ¬400kbps for the buffer AND the game so you might still lag and/or drop frames, so you might want to lower it even further)
Downscale resolution to 480p or 540p.

It will look pretty bad by most people's standards. Only God/better ISP can help you now.
