Looking for automatic game and title changer related on scene

Hello! I'm not sure if this is right place to post, please correct me if not.

I'm currently multistreaming on Twitch, Kick and Youtube. I'm playing 3 different games, and can use scenes to apply correct sources to each game. However, I have not figured out how to get each platform game and stream title change automatically when changing to correct scene. Game change and title change must be done manually.

Is there way to automate this? I know, it's only less than 5 mins each time, but I might play 3 different games same day so it's always pain in the ass to switch the game and title manually. Would be great if there is way to automate this related to the scene switcher.
