I've been considering getting into streaming PS1 games, but I've never streamed anything other than PC games, so I am utterly confused by capture cards, and which one I should be getting. Basically what I am looking for is something that will plug into my computer, so I can play on my monitor (I was talking to a streamer I know, and he says this is what he does).

but I have no idea how that compares to actual capture cards, or if there's any difference at all.
I am not sure how much I will enjoy PS1 streaming, so I really don't want to go out and buy a really expensive capture card. I'd really prefer to keep it $50 or under. Because of that, I don't expect super amazing quality, but it only PS1. Would someone be able to recommend something that would work for me?
